Cyfarfod 8/11/12

• Penderfynwyd darparu arian ar gyfer prynu teledu, sgrin, cwt i gadw offer Cyfnod Sylfaen a welingtons i’r plant lleiaf os na ellir cael rhai gan elusen.



• Penderfynwyd hefyd geisio mynd ati i godi arian trwy gynhyrchu llyfr reseitiau, cynnal gweithgaredd dysgu rhigymau noddedig a cheisio hybu’r cynllun loteri.

Byddwn yn ceisio rhoi hwb i’r cynllun loteri trwy lythyru efo trigolion y pentref, rhoi posteri i fyny. Os nad ydych yn cymryd rhan yn y cynllun, ond eisiau gwneud hynny, yna gadewch i mi wybod. Cost cymryd rhan ydi £1 yr wythnos, ac mae posibilrwydd o ennill gwobr ariannol pob wythnos. Os ydych mewn sefyllfa i fod yn gyfrifol am roi llythyrau trwy dwll llythyrau stryd neu ddwy, gadewch i mi wybod hynny trwy gwblhau’r bonyn.

Amgaeaf bapur i chi nodi reseit arno. Mae croeso i chi ofyn am un arall os ydych eisiau cynnwys reseit gan deulu neu gyfeillion.

• It was decided to provide money for the following – a television, a screen, a hut to store equipment for the foundation phase & wellingtons for the smallest children if we can’t get some from a charity.



• It was also decided to try to raise money by producing a recipe book, arranging a sponsored poetry learning competition, and by trying to reinvigorate the lottery scheme.



We’ll be trying to reinvigorate the lottery by writing letters to the residents of the village & displaying posters. If you don’t currently participate in the plan, but would like to do so, please let me know. The cost of participating is £1 per week, & there is a possibility of winning a prize every week. If you’re able to be responsible for arranging for letters to be put through letter boxes in a couple of streets, please complete the base of this correspondence.

I enclose a paper for you to jot down your recipe. If you’d like to send recipes by friends or relations, please ask for another form.
